This website provides information, data, and a spreadsheet calculator model - BEAM*2022 - to help biosolids management programs understand their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (carbon footprint) and find ways to maximize climate benefits.
Sharing Data & Experiences
Share your GHG emissions data, calculations, experiences, baselines, and tracking. By sharing, the biosolids profession will improve understanding and consensus regarding best practices for GHG (carbon) accounting. This may lead to creating formal protocols for GHG emissions offsets and carbon trading.
